Becoming a Merit Badge Counselor allows you to share your skills and passions to help Scouts explore careers, hobbies, and life skills. To serve, adults must be at least age 18, complete Youth Protection Training (YPT), and submit both an Adult Application (Position Code 42) and a Merit Badge Counselor Information form. Once approved by the council advancement committee, counselors guide Scouts through official requirements while offering valuable mentorship.

Committee Chairman - M. Tucker
Role: Leads the troop committee, runs monthly adult committee meetings, and coordinates adult volunteer support to ensure the troop operates smoothly and supports the youth-led program.
Chartered Organization Representative (COR) - R. Kaufman
Role: Acts as the official liaison between the chartered organization and the troop/council, ensuring unit operations align with the charter organization's mission and youth safety standards.
Unit Treasurer - M. Ciccariello
Role: Manages unit finances, tracks the troop bank account, processes member dues and event reimbursements, and maintains the annual troop budget.
Unit Advancement Chair - D. Schofield
Role: Helps track youth advancement records (ranks, merit badges, awards) in Scoutbook/Internet Advancement, orders awards, and coordinates Boards of Review and Courts of Honor.
Web Resource Manager - V. Saith, M. Wrona
Role: Works with scout webmaster. Maintains and updates troop digital platforms, website, calendar integrations.
Troop Policy & Forms Chair - Vacant
Role: Manages annual health forms (Parts A, B, C), activity waivers, and records compliance; ensures unit policies and procedures are clearly documented and kept current.
Fundraising Chair - Vacant
Role: Coordinates troop fundraising campaigns, tracks product distribution and collections, and manages youth fundraising account allocations.
New Membership Chair - Vacant
Role: Welcomes visiting and new families, guides recruits through registration, coordinates crossover logistics with local packs, and leads parent onboarding. Identifies opportunities for outreach/visibility in the community.
Outdoor Chair - M. Wrona (Interim)
Role: Secures campsite reservations, coordinates permits and tour logistics, and helps youth leaders align activity details with safety regulations.
Equipment Chair (Quartermaster Advisor) - M. Wrona (Interim)
Role: Oversees troop-owned camping gear, trailer maintenance, and gear storage; mentors the youth Quartermaster on equipment inspections and inventory tracking.
Clothing Coordinator - M. Wrona (Interim)
Role: Manage inventory of Class B regular shirts and neckerchiefs. Manage/order class B camp shirts, troop hats, gear. Manage troop used gear/clothing exchange.
